American Express ‘Open For Travel’ campaign

With the travel industry on its knees in the wake of COVID-19, American Express knew that their base of affluent, travel-loving Card Members were ripe for giving the industry a vital boost.

So we created a campaign that reminded Card Members of the wonders that lay waiting outside their four walls, but with a sense of urgency that tapped into their long wait to get back out there.

Combined with a purpose-built booking platform that served curated offers from American Express’ trusted travel partners, Open for Travel ran in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore, and delivered over $30m in travel bookings.
