We're an experienced creative team who understand that the strongest brands are built by developing rock solid connections with customers, whether it's speaking to them 1-to-1, tapping into what makes them tick, or both.
But it’s not just all about the work (although we like to think we’re pretty good at it).
One thing we’re particularly passionate about is mentoring junior talent. Honing our ‘soft skills’ (or our ‘Reverse Logan Roy’ approach, as we like to call it) has been something we’ve focused on during our time at CX Lavender as well as tutoring AWARD School in both 2022 & 2023.
Our “honour roll” of mentees includes:
• First and second place in the 2022 Online program
• Second place in the 2023 Online Program
• Two Top 10 students from the 2022 NSW program
• A Top 10 student from the 2023 NSW program
